Listen and respond to customer's needs and concerns;
Provide information about products, delivery time and other services;
Ensure order processing and oversee billing or payments;
Review or make changes to customer accounts;
Analyze situations, investigate problems and determine solutions;
Assist sales managers on administration work.
The Successful Applicant
You have at least 2 years of experience in technical/industrial Customer Service covering various types of international customers (distributors, end users, small and corporate accounts) ;
You are fluent in English, French and / or German, additional languages are assets;
Your technical skill makes you confident for understanding our customer's demands;
Your open attitude and your professionalism makes you obtain the trust of the customer. You know how to develop a B2B relation on the long term with your customers ;
Your personal organization is based on order and respect for taken commitments.
