Looking for a Customer Service Representative, fluent in German French English
About Our Client
My client is leading international industrial company, globally recognized for its innovation quality and customer service.
- Listen and respond to customer's needs and concerns;
- Provide information about products, delivery time and other services;
- Ensure order processing and oversee billing or payments;
- Review or make changes to customer accounts;
- Analyze situations, investigate problems and determine solutions;
- Assist sales managers on administration work.
The Successful Applicant
- You have at least 2 years of experience in technical/industrial Customer Service covering various types of international customers (distributors, end users, small and corporate accounts) ;
- You are fluent in German, English and Fench, additional languages are assets (Luxembourgish,...);
- Your technical skill makes you confident for understanding their customer's demands;
- Your open attitude and your professionalism makes you obtain the trust of the customer.
- You know how to develop a B2B-relation on the long term with your customers ;
- Your personal organization is based on order and respect for taken commitments.
