About our client
Our Client is a well established international trust company based in Luxembourg

Job description
-You manage a portfolio of approximately 60 to 80 client companies for both legal and bookkeeping side
-You are in contact with clients, advisors and banks
-You maintain and develop the relation with existing clients
-You are in charge for the closings and capital increases
-You manage 4 to 6 colleagues, both legal and bookkeepers
-You are responsible for the internal trainings in your team
-You work in close relation with the Team Director

Who we are looking for
-You have an accounting or financial degree
-You have an experience between 3 and 5 years or more in a similar role
-You are fluent in french and english
-You have a strong knowledge of the Sicavs and Soparfis Structures
-You are well organized
-You have good management skills
