About our client
Our client is one of the European leader in management and consulting of real estate investments. With its European management based in Luxembourg, our client is managing all financial and administrative issues for its main entities accross Europe.

Job description
As the Fund Controller of the group, your main responsabilities will be:
- Supervise funds accounts and their approval by the subsidiaries of the Fund;
- Manage cash of the funds and maximize the return to investors;
- Manage quarterly reporting to investors;
- Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal standards in each country where the funds are present and the consideration of legislative and regulatory developments;
- Provide Debt Management: bank covenants management and reporting;
- Ensure that yields (in cash, IRR) will be technically served investors;
- Supporting role on transactions (acquisitions and disposals) when needed;
- Structuring and organizing fund flows, in coordination with the legal team group and the external legal and tax advisors;
- Coordinate management of Funds, Investment, Accounting and Finance and Asset Management for all matters relating to the Funds.

Who we are looking for
- Master in Finance
- 5 to 7 years experience in financial sector (Big 4 or Fund Management)
- Good knowledge in Real Estate Investment funds
- Strong technical knowledge in accouting and finance
- Ability to financial modeling
- Interest in tax and law
- Rigorous and flexible
- Fluent English & French
- Good capacity to people management
