About our client
Our client, an international actor of Luxembourg, is looking for a Corporate Law Manager to reinforce its team.

Job description
Within the corporate and finance law team, you will be in charge of reorganisations/restructurings of international corporate structures, corporate advisory, you will have direct and daily contact with clients.

Who we are looking for
> You hold a degree (at least Bac + 5) in law
> You have 5 years experience in a similar role and you have good knowledge and field experience on the Luxembourg market.
> You have a good knowledge of corporate structures
> You are fluent in English and French, fluency in German will be considered as an asset
> You have strong communication skills
> You demonstrate the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
> You act as a team player
