About our client
For a prestigious audit firm in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Senior Auditor, speaking German, to join their expanding team.

Job description
As a Senior Auditor, you will work in team, varying in size and be assigned to audits of several of their clients.

- Plan and manage the audit strategy and risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as a credible role model to more junior staff with strong coaching and feedback skills and share your experience and knowledge appropriately.
- Ensure the effective delivery of all audit and advisory services to clients including accounting technical matters, in accordance to the group's principles.
- Manage existing Key client relationships, including German portfolio, and actively seek opportunities to win new work.

Who we are looking for
- You hold a Master in Accounting /Finance and wish to reach a professional accounting qualification.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in external audit in the banking sector
- You are fluent in English and German. French would be an asset
- A very good understanding of consolidation and IFRS is a definite asset
- You are client focused and committed to deadlines
- You have strong communication and project management skills
