We conduct thorough interviews to establish a perfect understanding of the vacant position, including the expectations of the client and culture of the company. Michael Page Executive Search is able to work on a specific search customised to the executive recruitment market. We provide a tailored approach to each assignment which is assessed on a case-by-case basis for each new project:
• Direct Search – targeting a defined list of candidates and companies;
• Database Search – reliable and up-to-date; enabling a fast and qualitative identification of candidates;
• International Candidates – identified through our global network;
• Advertisement – on our websites in Luxembourg and abroad, on selected external sites, and in the press.
The consultant will present a detailed interview report on each candidate to explain their suitability for the opportunity.
We complete the process by following and facilitating the integration of the candidate within the company.
Reactivity
We meet and follow the careers of senior candidates for specific assignments but also from a general career perspective. Therefore we are able to introduce the most suitable candidates within a short timeframe.
Flexibility and competitive offer
We do not have one standardised approach: through discussions with our clients we will devise a suitable recruitment strategy for each assignment.
This flexibility is also reflected in the structure of our fees, as we do not apply minimum or cancellation fees. Our methodology enables us to be competitive and to propose fees, as well as invoicing structures adapted to our client’s needs.

From our offices in Luxembourg we are able to recruit candidates from all over the world thanks to our network of 163 offices in 28 countries, each staffed with consultants who have a deep knowledge of their local market.
