Description

  • Responsible for all HR matters within the company (recruitment, training, compensation and policies in general
  • Leads, coordinates and supervises accounting / finance global efforts of the company and its affiliates, including the setup of a corporate finance infrastructure, guidelines, policies, targets and best practices
  • Preparation of annual budget and meeting financial objectives by analyzing financial information and establishing internal controls
  • In charge of operational accounting (implementing production, monitoring revenue and expenses, consolidating of accounts, completing audits, treasury supervising, etc.)
  • Preparation of financial reports under LUX GAAP and IFRS
  • Management of the administrative staff

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA is a plus)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role reporting under LUX GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities and industries
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a plus
  • Good time management, ability to prioritize and organization
  • Good communication skills
