Job Description
As an Accounting Associate your responsibilities are:
- Perform accurate and timely financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing and posting journal entries.
- Clearing account across multiple bank accounts.
- Reconciling and supervising tax-related balances (IFRS & Lux Gaap).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Provide support during audits and resolve financial discrepancies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting Associate should have:
- A master degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
