Our client is an independent provider of finance and trust services for institutional and private clients
Description
- Bookkeeping and the preparation of the annual financial statements, as well as the consolidated financial statements if required
- Monthly and / or quarterly reporting under i.e. LUX GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS, CSSF and BCL reporting
- Follow-up on queries of 3rd parties as required (Clients, banks, etc)
- Calculate tax provisions and establish the corporate tax return
- Preparation of the monthly / quarterly / annual VAT returns
- Preparation of minutes of Board meetings
Profil recherché
- University studies or professional studies in economics, law, accounting or related topics
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Trust Business
- Basic knowledge of Luxembourg Corporate Taxation and Double Tax treaties, EEC Directives etc
- Have a basic and general understanding of Luxembourg Company Law
- Basic knowledge of the compliance requirements
- Fluent in French & English
