Description
As Accounting Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Manage accounting and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Oversee partnerships with external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with tax declarations and banking activities.
- Support budget preparations and management reporting.
- Supervise a team of accountants and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Implement and maintain accounting procedures and controls.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Contribute to European projects and finance organization improvements.
Profil recherché
The successful Accounting Team Leader has the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with initial management experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in CRM/ERP migration projects, JD Edwards, and SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (to Brussels).
