Job Description

  • Office administration: filing of documents, scanning etc
  • Processing of expense claims in online system
  • Scanning and allocation of invoices
  • Booking of travel (Plane - Hotel etc) for management
  • Managing outlook calendars
  • Liaising with external contacts (Law firms, bank etc)
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail

The Successful Applicant

  • English language mandatory, other EU Language will be a +
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
