Description
- Office administration: filing of documents, scanning etc
- Processing of expense claims in online system
- Scanning and allocation of invoices
- Booking of travel (Plane - Hotel etc) for management
- Managing outlook calendars
- Liaising with external contacts (Law firms, bank etc)
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Profil recherché
- English language mandatory, other EU Language will be a +
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
