Description
As an AIFM Officer Valuation, your responsibilities are:
- Perform valuations for alternative investment funds in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of valuation results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and improve valuation processes.
- Provide guidance on valuation methodologies and industry best practices.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections related to fund valuations.
- Oversee the NAV calculation.
- Monitor market trends and analyze their impact on valuation strategies.
- Develop and maintain valuation models for various asset classes.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating valuation-related risks.
Profil recherché
A successful AIFM Officer Valuation should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5/6 years of proven expertise in valuation processes within the Financial Services industry.
- Familiarity with alternative investment funds and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in valuation tools and financial modeling techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
