Our client is an international company. In order to reinforce their local team in Luxembourg, we are actively looking for an Air Export Specialist with strong IT skills
Description
Your area of responsibility includes the processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as the secure forwarding to the respective destination.
Further main tasks are:
- Disposition
- Document creation such as HAWB, MAWB and CMR
- Communication with customers and oversea branches
- Selection and negotiation with hauliers and carriers
- Invoicing, booking of incoming invoices
- Shipment tracking and complain management
- Support with the introduction of a new air freight IT system
This list is not exhaustive - so a very varied job awaits you.
Profil recherché
- Successfully completed training in the forwarding and logistics sector (m / f / d)
- Experience in the field of air freight is essential, knowledge of air freight export and / or consolidation service is desirable
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English / knowledge of French and / or German is desirable
- IT skills, especially in at least one transport management system for air freight and MS Office
- Commitment, teamwork and organizational skills
- Motivation, team player, flexibility
- Willingness to work at the weekend
