Description
As an ALM Analyst your responsibilities are:
- Strategic ALM development planning.
- Risk Management.
- Liquidity Management.
- Monitor liquidity, interest rate, and market risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ALM strategies with business goals.
- Produce regular reports for senior management on ALM performance and the Risk department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the integration of ALM tools and systems for improved efficiency.
Profil recherché
A successful ALM Analyst should have:
- A Master degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in overall risk management.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Database,...
- Strong knowledge of asset and liability management principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis tools.
- An understanding of regulatory frameworks in the banking industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities to present complex data clearly.
- Fluent in English.
