Our client is a leading financial services provider, specializing in fund management and distribution.


As Chief Risk Officer your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the Risks team, including performance appraisals and training.
  • Present Risk team contributions to Board of Directors and Internal Control Committee.
  • Contribute to various operational committees and monthly internal control meetings.
  • Strengthen and monitor risk management controls for operational and credit risks.
  • Identify and monitor new services and associated risks within risk processes.
  • Adjust and implement risk assessment tools like Risk Heatmap and Risk Appetite Framework.
  • Ensure comprehensive follow-up on risk-related recommendations (LoD3, LoD2 and LoD1) and internal procedures adherence.
  • Follow-up of regulatory reportings.
  • Support Deputy CEO in investigative tasks as required.

Profil recherché

The successful Chief Risk Officer has the following qualities :

  • Master's degree or higher in relevant field.
  • Successful experience with people management in leading positions.
  • Proven success in risk management or audit roles within financial institutions.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial certifications considered a strong advantage.
