Our client is a market leader in Fund and Corporate Services.


  • Act as first point of contact for a limited number of fund structures within a team
  • Support the clients in the implementation and administration of a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures and liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary
  • Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
  • Co-ordinate with the team day-to-day operations of the companies and work closely together with internal teams making sure that clients are getting an excellence service
  • Develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and KPIs
  • Attend and actively participate in client board meetings and shareholders meetings
  • Ensure the preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements and other regulatory reporting on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Act as "B" level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts
  • Assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including the management of aged debtors
  • Being part of various internal working group contributing to the process development and operational improvement
  • Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff
  • Conduct the appraisal process for members of team
  • Act as a board member

Profil recherché

  • At least 5 years' experience in Funds in a similar financial services environment or tasks experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Sound technical financial services knowledge
  • Computer literacy skills are essential
  • Ideally some people management experience
  • Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship
  • Act as a "B" level Authorised Signatory
  • Organisational skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Very good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with clients, colleagues and business contacts
