À propos de notre client

Our client is a major corporate insurance with subsidiaries trhoughout continental Europe.


- responsible for managing Board and Committee agendas, assisting with meeting papers, and distributing them

- providing legal and governance advice

- improving corporate governance, ensuring compliance with regulations, updating governance documents, and overseeing onboarding and training of new members

- overseeing board training and conflicts of interest, arranging legal document processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory filings and statutory registers

- in charge of maintaining company secretarial calendars, policies, and procedural documents, assisting with legal entity establishment and closure, managing European branch offices, handling KYC inquiries, and managing relationships with service providers

- responsible for ensuring compliance with the CAA approved persons regime and fit and proper processes, including advising on them and improving in-house implementation. Also arranging overseas regulatory filings for director and branch manager changes, and ensuring regulatory filings are board-approved when necessary.

Profil recherché

  • Fluent written and spoken in English and French
  • Qualified Luxembourg lawyer and experience in a legal role or a Company Secretarial qualification and experience in a Company Secretarial role
  • Experience in the insurance industry a benefit
