Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with AIFMD, MiFID II, AML/CTF, and other relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain compliance monitoring plans and policies.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting and liaise with regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct internal audits and implement recommendations.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to manage compliance risks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in compliance within investment firms or regulatory bodies.
  • In-depth knowledge of European financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
