My client is a large international company in the industrial sector. The company is committed to sustainable production practices and has implemented several initiatives to reduce its environmental impact. It also has a strong focus on social responsibility and supports various charitable causes and organizations.

Description



  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures that reflect company's commitment to compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.


  • Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on compliance-related issues.


  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop plans to address these issues.


  • Work with other departments to ensure that all policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.


  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the company's compliance programs and activities.


  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with all changes.


  • Investigate compliance-related incidents and violations and provide recommendations for corrective action.


  • Develop and deliver compliance training to employees at all levels of the organization.


  • Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders as necessary.

Profil recherché

  • At least 3 years of experience in Compliance
  • Master Degree in Economics or Finance or Law
  • Fluent in French & English
