Job Description

As a Compliance officer, your responsibilities are:

  • Prepare AML reports and conduct analyses for prospective clients.
  • Produce MiFID reports and related analytics.
  • Perform regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
  • Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
  • Prepare reports for management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance officer should have:

  • A degree in law, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or as an Auditor.
  • Strong knowledge of industry laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and integrity, as well as professional ethics.
  • Understanding of risk management and control principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of data analysis and reporting
