Description
As a Compliance officer, your responsibilities are:
- Prepare AML reports and conduct analyses for prospective clients.
- Produce MiFID reports and related analytics.
- Perform regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Prepare reports for management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Profil recherché
A successful Compliance officer should have:
- A degree in law, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or as an Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of industry laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and integrity, as well as professional ethics.
- Understanding of risk management and control principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of data analysis and reporting
