Description
As a Compliance Regulatory Officer, you will focus on MiFID and Market Abuse and other non-AML topics :
- Ensure the company's adherence to all MiFID & Market Abuse regulations
- Proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risks by performing gap analysis when necessary
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance matters
- Develop and implement compliance procedures and policies
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on compliance reviews
- Conduct compliance training for staff
- Keep abreast with evolving regulatory changes and advising the management accordingly
- Participate in regulatory projects as required
Profil recherché
A successful Compliance Regulatory Officer should have:
- Profound knowledge of MiFID regulations and experience in treating of Market Abuse Alerts
- About 6 years of experience, with a first exposure to local (Luxembourg) legal framework
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in autonomy as well as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professional ethics
- Degree in Law, Finance or related field
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, preferably within a bank
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
