Job Description

As a Corporate, Finance and Administration Officer, your responsibilities are :

  • Oversee internal administrative operations and processes.
  • Manage cash flow and cash flow forecasting, liquidity, collections and payments
  • Facilitate communication between departments.
  • Maintain and update company records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative strategies.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Handle confidential documents and agreements with discretion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate, Finance and Administration Officer should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience within the financial services industry in Luxembourg.
  • A solid understanding of banking & financial services regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and administrative tools.
  • Fluent in English and French.
