Our client is a private equity firm with a strong global presence, dedicated to driving success for clients and stakeholders.

The Luxembourg office located in the City Center close to Place de Paris, plays a vital role in supporting the operations and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Description

As Corporate Support Officer you will have the following responsibilities:

Legal & Compliance:

  • Assist legal teams outside Luxembourg with legal and compliance matters.
  • Respond to internal KYC and AML requests.
  • Manage corporate housekeeping, including filing documents, publications, and notarial deeds.
  • Coordinate with notaries and public registries in Luxembourg.
  • Draft basic legal documents, such as board and shareholder resolutions and proxies.



Accounting Support:

  • Support the Senior Accounting Manager with data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with audits by organizing and providing relevant records.
  • Maintain meticulous filing and record-keeping systems.



Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members locally and internationally for seamless workflows.
  • Provide office management support for the Luxembourg branch.

Profil recherché

The successful Corporate Support Officer has the following qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg, preferably in a small/medium service provider.
  • Strong grasp of legal and accounting terminology and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Independent and team-oriented.
