Description du poste
The key elements of the Customer Service and Logistique Coordinator role are:
Customer Service
- Daily sales operations with customers / vendors to commit with agreed SLA
- Update and review the production planning on daily basis and prioritize the orders as per customers requirements in collaboration with other team members
- Extract production planning minimum twice a week to control the progress and proactively propose reallocation of resources whenever needed
- Carefully control the logistics costs involved for inbound and outbound shipments to jointly work on the most cost-effective shipping solutions
- Closely work with outside partners to get optimized cost - timeline - service level
- Close monitoring of your own KPI in term of delivery schedule
- Systematic control of customer's payment situation before validating an order
- Close communication with vendors for payment follow up in case of on going orders with overdue payment issue.
- Assists in the troubleshooting of company regional or customer problems
Supply Chain
- Constant analysis of inventory reports provided by regions & suppliers / partners to avoid stock breakage (jointly with Regional Customer Service when existing)
- Closely work with sales to anticipate as much as possible the future needs of the brands to plan the supply chain management upfront
- Overview Regional Customer Service production requests to suppliers / partners to have the global picture of the stock building patterns
- Constant control of regions call-out to suppliers / partners to prevent possible stock breakage in regions or at suppliers / partners
- Daily purchase operations with suppliers / partners to ensure stock management on redundant business
- Ad Hoc purchase operations for spot business
Profil recherché
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position or demand planner position in Retail, Transport or FMCG industry,
- You speak fluently French and English, German can be an asset,
- Good communication skills, well organized and Customer service oriented,
- Tight deadlines management / Working under pressure and Good resistance to stress,
- Working independently and proactively with good team player capabilities,
- You can take initiative and proactive and problems solver,
- Good analytical skills
- Able to work independently with good Team player capabilitie
