Description du poste
-Day to day handling of drivers request (by phone and mail) in accordance with our procedures.
-Resolution and follow-up of customer issues (in relation with other departments if needed)
-Proactive calls to drivers to propose our services
-Being customer satisfaction oriented is the most important aspect!
-You are a team player with a positive attitude
-You enjoy contact with drivers/clients on a daily basis and this by phone or e-mail
-Languages mandatory French + German. English is an asset.
-Experience in a customer service would be an asset
-Our client is open to a fulltime person but also someone working 80%
