My client is a management company developing its due diligence oversight team.
Description
- Support due diligence oversight reviews on the Central Administrators and the Depositary Banks including AML/KYC preliminary documentation and risk review
- Assist on organization and preparation on-site and/or remote sessions on the Central Administrators and the Depositary Banks to address and remediate potential due diligence oversight
- Contribute to due diligence oversight reports on the Central Administrators and the Depositary Banks for the attention of the Management Company/AIFM Conducting Officers, Management Committees and Board of Directors
- Keep up to date key internal control and templates including the due diligence oversight dashboard
Profil recherché
- At least 3 years of experience in oversight or due diligence in relation with the investment funds industry
- Fluent in English, French is an asset
