Description
As Executive Assistant to the CEO you will
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft and edit reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support the planning and execution of major events and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
- Ensure timely handling of expense reports and documentation.
Profil recherché
The right candidate for this Executive Assistant role :
- Minimum 8 years' experience supporting senior executives.
- University degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel; familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Interest in emerging technologies, especially AI.
