Our Client is a renowned global investment firm that operates across private equity and other financial sectors. With a growing presence in Luxembourg, their in-house AIFM team manages various funds, offering innovative and rewarding opportunities for professional development.

Job Description

As Experienced Accountant, you will report and work closely with the Conducting Officer - Finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform bookkeeping under Lux GAAP and manage related accounting tasks.
  • Assist in annual statutory reporting and audit processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financials.
  • Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Process invoices, payments, and GPS calculations efficiently.
  • Assist with liquidity modeling, cash reconciliations, VAT, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure VAT and tax compliance for Lux entities.
  • Collaborate with the London Finance team and external administrators as needed.
  • Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

The qualities of the Experienced Accountant that we are looking for :

  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of Lux GAAP.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.).
  • Fluent in English with a good command of French.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player who is eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Excel proficiency is an advantage.
