About Our Client
Our client is a growing company based in Luxembourg and offering innovative and sustainable construction projects. In order to reinforce their local team, we are actively looking for an experienced sales executive
Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager and as part of the wider Sales team, you will be working within an innovative, forward thinking and highly enthusiastic team.
You will have a high impact on business, turnover and revenue. You are the face of the company and you will be a custodian of the companies' values. If you are passionate about sales, creating relationships, and passionate about converting leads into sales, then you will be a great addition to the existing team.
Your main tasks will include:
- Follow up on leads created through marketing efforts
- Convert leads into actual sales in order to meet or exceed sales targets
- Work with different clients - builders/companies/private individuals/real estate
- Create proposals for clients based on an understanding of construction timelines
- Attend relevant industry conferences, events and act as an ambassador for the company
The Successful Applicant
- Proven sales experience within a related role, ideally within an international, global organization required
- Highly organized, energetic with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work with people at all levels
- Team player who builds rapport, with a willingness to support colleagues during critical periods. Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English and French is Any other language is a plus
