Job Description

Your key responsibilities as Financial Analyst :

  • Financial Statement Review: Analyze financial statements, tax computations, and returns.
  • Audit Assistance: Support the audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconciliation Support: Assist with reconciling intra-group loans and fees.
  • Reporting Obligations: Help prepare and review reports for FATCA, CRS, DAC6, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Funds Flow Management: Assist in preparing and reviewing fund flows for financing and distribution events.
  • Deal Execution Support: Provide critical support in the execution of deal transactions.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks as required.



The Successful Applicant

What qualities are we looking for in the ideal Financial Analyst ?

  • Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Solid background in investment fund accounting, with exposure to private equity, credit, and real estate investments. Familiarity with Lux GAAP is essential; knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, manage multiple tasks independently, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
