- You will be responsible for the oversight of third party vendors : fund administration,depositary,...
- You will manage the cash and the capital
- You will ensure the appropriateness of all regulatory and statutory financial submissions
- You will be responsible for the fund operational processes with outsourced providers
- You will product monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting
Profil recherché
- Experience in fund accounting
- Experience in Private Equity
- Fluent in English AND Italian
- Capacity to work autonomously
- Previous experience in Big 4 is a plus.
