My client is Management Company developing its compliance team.
Description du poste
- Development, initialization, maintenance and revision of policies and procedures related to the Financial Crime Compliance (including but not limited AML/CTF and Market Abuse)
- Enhancement over the controls related to the on-boarding and the on-going monitoring of the customers and counterparties
- Regular Financial Crime risk assessment of the ManCo and all Funds and regular, annual and ad-hoc reporting
- Performance of the Annual AML/CTF Questionnaire issued by the CSSF
- Management of the AML team
Profil recherché
- At least 7 years of experience in Compliance in the fund industry
- Fluent in French & English
