Our client is an innovative player in the construction sector. In order to support their growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong track record in the construction sector

Reporting to the CEO and as part of the wider Sales team, you will be working within an innovative, forward thinking and highly enthusiastic team that drive our ambitions to scale.
You will have a high impact on our business, turnover and revenue. You are the face of the company and you will be a custodian of the companies' values. If you are passionate about sales, creating relationships, and passionate about converting leads into sales, then you will be a great addition to the existing team.
Your main tasks will include:
- Follow up on leads created through marketing efforts
- Work closely with Marketing to create campaigns which help to build a sales pipeline
- Create a sales plan, build a sales team, implement relevant processes, systems and incentives
- Convert leads into actual sales in order to meet or exceed sales targets
- Work with different clients - builders/companies/private individuals/real estate
- Create proposals for clients based on an understanding of construction timelines
- Manage, coach and mentor sales reps
- Attend relevant industry conferences, events and act as an ambassador
Profil recherché
- Proven sales experience within a related role, ideally within an international, global organization required
- Highly organized, energetic with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work with people at all levels
- Team player who builds rapport, with a willingness to support colleagues during critical periods. Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English and French is Any other language is a plus
