Description
As a HR Generalist BeNeLux, your responsibilities are :
- Managing HR operations for BeNeLux region
- Developing, implementing, and coordinating HR policies and procedures
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, in collaboration with the center of expertise abroad
- Managing (sometimes complex) employee relations and addressing any issues that arise
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Providing support for various HR projects, manage the HR budget in line with the Global HR department
Profil recherché
A successful HR Generalist BeNeLux should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations in Luxembourg
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Proficient in English and French; Dutch knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
- Strong business skills to accompany the growth of the BeNeLux market
