Job Description

As an Insurance & Risk Manager your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to the company.
  • Responsible for identifying potential risks for which there is insufficient or no coverage.
  • Evaluate and manage the company's insurance portfolio to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Developing tools for calculating and monitoring TCR or ETCR.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Negotiate with insurance providers to secure optimal terms and conditions.
  • Monitor compliance with insurance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present risk analysis reports to senior management.
  • Lead initiatives to minimize financial exposure and protect company assets.
  • Provide guidance on claims management and resolution processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Insurance & Risk Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in insurance management and risk assessment.
  • Solid knowledge of international insurance market.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and offer strategic insights.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in insurance matters.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
