Job Description
As a Junior Corporate Officer - KYC your responsibilities are:
- Perform KYC checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform due diligence, including client onboarding, off-boarding and periodical review for corporate clients.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Perform the transaction monitoring.
- Support the preparation of corporate documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding processes.
- Monitor and report on KYC reviews and updates.
- Handle communication with external stakeholders regarding KYC matters.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of KYC procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of corporate administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Corporate Officer - KYC should have:
- A degree in finance, law, or a related field.
- Knowledge of KYC/KYT processes and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- An eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
