Job Description
- Assist with bookkeeping under Luxembourg GAAP.
- Support the annual statutory reporting process and audits.
- Help prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Prepare budgets and assist with quarterly forecasts.
- Coordinate with finance teams in London and the fund administration team.
- Process invoices, payments, and GPS calculations.
- Assist with liquidity modeling, cash reconciliations, and VAT analysis.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience with SPV's is a bit plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English with a good command of French.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills are an advantage.
