Description

As Experienced Junior Fund Controller, your responsibilities will include :

  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts: Ensure accuracy in daily cash transactions.
  • Bookkeeping for Lux Sub-Funds: Maintain precise accounting records.
  • Oversight of shadow books: Manage internal records to mirror external administrator reports.
  • NAV Reporting: Assist in preparing and reviewing NAV reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams: Streamline reporting processes across departments.
  • Project participation: Engage in various financial projects, including tax matters and new investment onboardings.
  • Financial reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and board review.



Profil recherché

Your qualities as successful Experienced Junior Fund Controller :

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; ACCA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in financial services in Luxembourg, with expertise in accounting, back-office operations, or audit/advisory roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lux GAAP and IFRS.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to produce detailed and compelling reports.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a startup-to-structured environment with diverse tasks and responsibilities.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English are a must.
