Description



  • HR Operations & Systems


    • Implement and streamline HR processes across the full employee lifecycle


    • Maintain compliance with local and international labor regulations


    • Manage and improve HRIS tools (e.g., Personio, Workday) and ensure data accuracy


  • People Programs


    • Lead performance management, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives


    • Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes to improve employee experience


  • Culture & Employee Experience


    • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture


    • Use employee feedback to shape programs that improve retention and satisfaction


  • Managerial Support


    • Guide managers on performance, feedback, and employee relations


    • Support conflict resolution and people-related decision-making



Profil recherché



  • 1+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or talent-related fields


  • Solid understanding of HR regulations and employment law


  • Experience with HR systems such as Personio or Workday


  • Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills


  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism


  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is a plus
