Description

As Legal and Finance Officer you will be responsible for :

  • ESG Reporting: Lead the establishment and fulfillment of the Group's ESG reporting obligations, with a focus on meeting future compliance requirements.
  • Company Secretary Supervision: Manage a part-time Company Secretary, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, mandate control, and the accuracy of entity files.
  • M&A Projects: Participate actively in M&A projects, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Cash Management & Forecasting: Establish and optimize group-wide cash management strategies, ensuring accurate forecasting to maximize resources.
  • Transfer Pricing (TP) Reporting: Oversee the Group's TP reporting obligations, including managing the Master file at both headquarters and local entity levels.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and develop investment portfolios, contribute to financial analysis, and support investment strategies.
  • Proactive Advisory: Provide management with proactive recommendations on finance-related issues.



Profil recherché

The successful Legal and Finance Officer will have the following profile:

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Law or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the real estate, leasing, or renting sectors.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Capable of working without constant oversight.
  • Comfortable in a non-hierarchical, fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local entities.
