About Our Client

Our client is an asset manager with investments across Europe in Real Estate.

Job Description

  • Administrative tasks linked to the Legal Department
  • Collecting of signatures, RCS and RBE updates, notarization, consularization, legalizations
  • Logging all legal documents signed
  • Scanning, uploading, archiving and distribution of documents received
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at different levels
  • Assisting with the identification and implementation of process improvements for the Legal Department
  • Monitoring of budgets of the Legal Department
  • Following up on legal projects initiated by the Legal Department
  • Handling agenda and travel when necessary
  • Drafting and amending the minutes of the board meetings for various Luxembourg companies

The Successful Applicant

  • At least one previous experience (internship included) in the field of paralegal in Luxembourg
  • Good understanding of Luxembourg requirements (usual corporate documentation, RCS access,...)
  • Perfect proficiency in English (and French would be an asset)
  • Good communication skills
  • Details oriented, accurate, precise candidate in his/her day to day
  • Proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Excel and related Microsoft Office tools
