Our client is a local private bank, human-sized, founded by a family, and whose values remain centered around customer service and humanity.


  • Welcome customers and visitors, and notify the relevant colleague of their arrival
  • Escort customers/visitors to the designated lounge area and offer refreshments
  • Manage meeting rooms efficiently, handling reservations, maintenance, and catering arrangements
  • Handle telephone communications, including call transfers and message recording
  • Maintain impeccable order in meeting rooms, promptly reporting any issues to the Logistics department for resolution
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and distribute internal deliveries
  • Coordinate and facilitate colleagues' business travel arrangements, including hotel reservations
  • Maintain office equipment inventory and handle procurement
  • Assist managers or leadership with occasional administrative tasks
