My client is an international bank.
Description du poste
- Executing the settlement of forex transactions (booking and confirmation matching)
- Executing complaint handling for payments and forex transactions
- Booking of payment and forex related fees
- Being the main contact person for IT and Group Head Payments
- Acting as senior employee for international payment transactions (SWIFT and SEPA)
- Managing and monitoring the annual release changes for both SWIFT and SEPA
- Participating in and taking the ownership of ad hoc projects
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting the implementation
- of those
Profil recherché
- At least 4 years of experience as Payments Officer / FX Operations Officer in a banking environment
- Detailed SWIFT + SEPA background
- Fluent in English
