About Our Client
Private investment firm with different investments targets they are searching for someone to join their team during a parental leave with possibility to extend due to their growth
Job Description
- Handle the Head of the Luxembourg office's agenda;
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including the coordination of appointments, room bookings, agendas, equipment and ensure relevant documents are available in advance of meetings;
- Arrange execution/signatures on various legal documents;
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Make travel arrangements and process, reconcile travel, and expense reimbursement requests while adhering to company policy and guidelines;
- Prepare internal and external correspondence, edit and format documents and presentations;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Give general support to the Luxembourg team and ensure its efficiency;
- Office administration and ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
- You speak English and French fluently;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position ideally in a law firm or in the Big 4
- Complete mastery of Outlook and MS-Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of confidentiality
- Proactive, autonomous and a team player;
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality work while demonstrating flexibility, availability, and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a demanding environment and act on own initiative.
- High levels of gravitas, professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic with dedication to the position and the firm.
