Job Description

As Private Banker, your will have the following responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition & Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth client from Belgium (Flanders regions), offering tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Business Development - Utilize your established network in Flanders to attract and onboard new clients to Luxembourg, to expand our client's private banking segment.
  • Investment & Financial Advisory - Provide financial advice on investment strategies, estate planning and wealth management, ensuring clients are informed about market trends and opportunities.
  • Cross-Border Banking Solutions - Advise clients on Luxembourg's private banking advantages, ensuring seamless financial planning across jurisdictions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

The Successful Applicant

Your skills, experience and qualifications as Private Banker :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong network of high-net-worth clients in Belgium (Flanders) and a deep understanding of what products and services they typically require (Asset management, Private equity, wealth planning solutions, credit facilities)
  • Dutch-Speaking with excellent level of English. French is an asset.
  • At least 8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory.
  • Open to relocating to Luxembourg and are willing and able to travel frequently to Belgium.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to close deals and able to build sustainable relationships
  • Clients- and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
