Description
As a Risk Officer, your responsibilities are:
- Monitor and assess potential risks within all the departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks.
- Evaluate the impact on all kind of risks : enterprise, market, operational, data risks,...
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend risk mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risk-related concerns.
- Prepare detailed risk analysis reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in risk management.
- Provide training and support to staff on risk awareness and compliance.
Profil recherché
A successful Risk Officer should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management within the Financial Services industry.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in Luxembourg.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying and mitigating risks.
- Experience working in or collaborating with Human Resources departments.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present findings to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
