Our client is an international FMCG group. In order to support their growth, we are actively looking for an experienced Sales & Administrative Executive, Italian speaker
Description du poste
- Verify, check and report to the IT dept. any problems on SAP
- Creation and maintenance of the excel file of all the agreed promotional activities, in order to control all the promotions and for the forecast activity
- Drafting of all contracts, price lists and confirmations of customer contributions;
- Creation of all the technical sheets of the new products
- Sending confirmations of promotional activities, contracts, contributions, technical data sheets and all the information requested by customers.
- Archive of all the documents of the sales office (contracts, price lists, contributions, technical sheets, photos produced ... etc)
- Sending documents to the administration for the accomplishment of their competences (contracts, price lists, authorizations to credit notes ... .etc ...)
- Drafting and sending of all communications to customers and agents or other organizations
- Manage all email requests from customers
- Interacts by e-mail or by telephone with consumers for all requests for information on the product and sales
- Call and respond to all requests from agents regarding commercial and technical information on products.
- Receives all requests for information from other departments (required by administration, logistics and international MKTG)
- Extraction and preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management
- Extraction and preparation of monthly reports for agents
- Extraction and drafting of "ad hoc" reports for "management" when requested
- Holding and planning of weekly directional agenda
- Receipt by e-mail of all promotional activities offered by agents to customers awaiting confirmation from the Sales Director (after confirming, she sends the approved activities to customers)
- Organization of special deliveries (free products) for photo shoots, events, consumers etc
- Organization Sales meeting with all agents (booking flights - hotels - meeting room - lunches - dinners) and various conference calls (equipment preparation and operation verification).
- Travel arrangements for all members of the sales office (flight and hotel reservations)
- Relationship with vendor sales (company car hire, telephone operator, tire and mechanic)
Profil recherché
- You have a first successful experience (at least 4 years) within a similar role within an international environment
- You are perfectly fluent in Italian and English (both orally and written)
- Perfect command with MS Office
- You are recognized for your strong organizational and solutions-minded skills
- You are willing to work within a multicultural and international environment
- Rigorous and accurate, you have strong sense of priorities
- Excellent communicator, you are used to be in touch with various and different stakeholders (customers, internal team, management, etc)
